In the past she has owned, managed and supervised her own restaurant in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town until Oct 2006, when she was awarded a two year contract with the Western Cape Department of Education to manage and supervise their on-site canteen, and all their on-site functions. Today she offer her expertise to the general public
