Dear Sir/Madam I reside at D159 Musgrave Park. We reported a complaint at the office regarding that the sewerage system is blocked. The maintainance staff promised me that the problem will be resolved. At 18h30 - I looked at the drain an nobody have attended to the problem. They did not come to the residence who is affected to give them alternatives where to use the toilets in the complex and apologise for the delay. We as residence seems like we have no polution facilities throughout the night. I feel that COMMUNICARE does not care for its people. THis is extremely real bad service. Extremely dissappointment
