We are now back in the cold climes of England, the autumn colours just disappearing. We enjoyed a good journey home following what turned out to be quite a fantastic 5 day safari. It was not only that we saw many species of animal but we saw them in unique situations: the confrontation in the river between a male lion and a hippo, the stalking of the giraffe by a lion pride, 4 cheetahs sunning themselves only 5 metres from the roadside, a pride of 26 lions at a waterhole (14 of them cubs), 17 wild dogs in playful mood and so it went on day after day. And of course at last my leopard, a great experience for me.George, Doreen and I thank you for a fantastic holiday in the Kruger, your great knowledge about both the animals and the birds made the trip all the more interesting. There was never a dull moment.We wish you all the best with your company and hope that in the future we will again call upon you for a safari.
