I AM VERY UNHAPPY .I WENT TO PURCHASE A FULL CHICKEN AT NANDO'S THE CROSSING ON THE 03 APRIL 2016 AT4.49 .THE TRANSACTION WENT OFF TWICE FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT THE MANAGER PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL COME BACK TO ME THE MONDAY UP TILL TODAY I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK.I JUST PHONED AGAIN AND THEY TELL ME TO WAIT THE MONEY WILL BE REVERES FROM MY ACCOUNT .I NEED MY MONEY I MUST USE MY PHONE AND I MUST DRIVE TO NANADO'S THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
