MY ORDER TOOK 1 HOUR AND 30 MIN ONLY ONCE I HAD PHONED TO HEAR WHERE MY ORDER WAS ITS ON ITS WAY. THE LADY IN MY OFFICE ALWASY ORDERS FROM U AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HEAR YOU ARE ON UR WAY ONCE SHE HAD PHONED. THEN WHEN PHONEING TO HEAR WHERE THE ORDER WAS THE LADY WH ANSWERS THE PHONE WHO I THOUGHT DID NOT KNBOW ANYTHING ACTULLY DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING KEEPS PUTING ME ON HOLD AND SAYS SHE IS SORRY SHE DID NOT KNOW I MEAN REALLY U HAVE TO PUSH A BUTTON TO PUDT SOMEONE ON HOLD AND SHE DID NOT KNOW IT?
