We are a small, family orientated church in suburban Milnerton serving members of the surrounding community from Brooklyn and up to Sunningdale and Parklands. All are welcome as we seek to understand what it means to follow Jesus in a diverse twenty-first-century world. While we draw our heritage strongly from the founder of Methodism, John Wesley, and are a congregation of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa, we believe that our heritage allows us to struggle with, question and even doubt what we believe so that we may grow into a faith that is deep, meaningful and ultimately transformational in our lives. We meet twice on Sunday mornings. The earlier service at 08h00 is planned to be about 45 minutes long and tends towards older hymns, the later service at 09h30 is aimed more at younger families with our children’s church, Kids for Christ, meeting separately at this time during school terms. This service is usually one hour in length. Holy Communion is usually served monthly on the second Sunday of the month.
