Horrific service....went to the Pmb branch this morning and ordered coffee and hot chocolate but was told they do not have milk. Went to the next nearby branch and was told they do not serve hot drinks....seriously??? it was 5 am this morning and freezing so this is 24 hours with serious limitations....
