Prue Leith Food and Wine experience 2012 Requests have come through more and more regularly for advice and guidance to the hospitality industry, and in response to this increase in demand the Prue Leith Group has widened it scope to include specialist consulting services to the Southern African Tourism and hospitality industry City & Guilds examinations are written alongside our internal examinations so that the student can achieve national framework qualifications which allow for easier travel work experiences



Prue Leith Chefs Academy is proud to announce that we are the first registered trade test centre in South Africa, and will be offering the Occupational Certificate: Chef Level 5 qualification through RPL.
