Useless, Most Unproffesional company I have EVER worked with. I have NEVER been paid correctly, two months I got R570 and then short again but at least more...now this month NOTHING! I have logged a complaint with NCC and will get my lawyer to also sue them. I have had enough. The guy I was told will sort all out - KUGAN- Ignore my emails. Calls...forget about it - you , if you are REALLY lucky , will get through, just for them to put the phone down in your ear. I want my money as I have to pay the bank in full and cannot afford this without their payment. I am a siggle mom and struggling thanks to SATINKSY!

I can see I am not the only one complaining about non payment recevied!!!! What is going on? For June I only received R200? For July nothing!!! I demand an explanation why and my money that the company owes me. This is unacceptable. My part of the deal is up to date but you lack you part? I am sending you this email as I am highly disappointed and disgusted by your company, promises promises thats bull.... you were all pleased that we purchased your vehicle and yet we have been under paid since March 2014 even though we have done the required millage. We have sent email after email complaining about this to Bluelakes / Satinsky. However with out any decent response, this now leaves me with no other recourse than to go to the South African consumer commission, over and above this I will also be seeking legal advice in this matter. The following has been placed on Hellopeter: I purchased a Honda Brio last November and have been complaining about the parts since last year. I have sent my car to Honda, Claremont for an assessment and they have informed me that the tyres, mags and radio are not original and/or standard Honda parts. The warranty does not cover these items. In addition the radio is not properly fitted and I would have to incur the cost myself as it is not a standard Honda radio. I received had a Sony radio with a detachable radio face and not a Honda factory fitted radio. This deal was concluded telephonically and at no time was it mentioned that the car would not have all its original parts. In addition the dash board and passenger side panels rattles and had to be booked in for repairs. The entire dash board I've been told needs to be replaced as it is a manufacturing fault. I have sent numerous emails but have received no response or feedback. All buyers beware.

I have contacted 0129994600 and I still get the answering machine that they are opening 9 Jan 2014, today is the 10th and I still get the answering machine. I also has send numerous mails to numerous people requesting to contact me regarding my payment, I have opened 8 tickets regarding this issue. NO RESPONSE. very very very poor service

Useless to have the advert on car. out of 15 smsses still no sales. so you can only bargain on the 570 for adverts if you are lucky. with all the extras like service plan you could have bought an ordinary car without the ugly advert on it im paying 3000 in any case now with no commission yet

they didnt pay me because my bank account number is wrong but they have managed to give the same wrong number to bank that is finansing my car and that bank they have debited their money right no wrong account but with them is wrong account and now blaming me for it and saying they wont pay my money because on their web their qualified employee decided to put 6 numbers and i was supposed to verify it and now my money is down the drain and i'm wondering what will be their excuse next month. in summary i;ve lost R1748.00 because of their qualified employee who has been trained well to put 6 numbers which i guess she/he has just got it from manner from heaven because that 6 numbers are correct she/he was supposed to put in all numbers. i am very disappointed!! hopefully
