I received an account of R3702 for the month of July to August 2016. I called the call center and requested a meter re-read and then a meter test. I paid the R400 on026/08/2016 to have meter tested and sent proof. To date I have heard nothing. I have called the Call Center on the 29/09/2019 ,31/09/2016 , 05/09/2016 , 06/09/2016 and 09/09/2016, Today 09/09/2016 I was given Bellville Branch number and was put through to a guy who didn't even attempt to assist me and told me to go to the nearest branch. Did not even give me a chance to ask where the branch is. He put the phone down on me. ESKOM your customer service is of a very low standard. I would give you a negative rating if I could. VERY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER.
